The villa is secured for the stay based on the minimum participants count.
If the date is changed cause of bad weather, it is non-refundable if the participant cannot make the trip on the make-up date.

🏨 Each room shared by 2 adultsBeds will chosen by the chit method. If you are getting your friend, can be accommodated in the same room as the first participant. King beds will be shared by 2 participants.
Important:
1. It’s nonsmoking, any smoking inside or outside is $1000 chargeable.
2. Any damage caused by the participant should be paid by the participant.
3. Any chaos and misbehavior will lead to removal from the future trips.
4. Everyone helps to clean up before the checkout.
